Every good revolution starts with a good idea. Once the idea is forgotten, the revolutionaries tend to seize control of a local radio or television station. Well, this revolution started with the idea that communication to the masses could be informative, entertaining, attractive, and occasionally accurate. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find U.W.’s radio station and television in K.W. tends to be rather dull, so we settled for the U.W. Outers Club newsletter.
Anyway, we're in charge; at least for this issue. Who are we? We're Kyle McKenzie, graduate student in the school of Urban and Regional Planning, and Lutz Nücker, transplanted German Geography student. Where are we? Co-incidentally, we're both in ES1-355, which, co-incidentally, is just two steps away from ES1-350 (where we meet every week). Would you believe we even have the same telephone extension? If so, it's 5089. (No, we don't live together, or anything else like that.)
We do accept submissions for publication, ideas, suggestions, and even letters to the editors. While we may be opinionated, we will not offer advice. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to rewrite anything we see fit, although we generally won't have the time to.
